⏱️ Timeframe

• 30 Days from the delivery date: Eligible for exchange, store credit, or full refund.
• 31–45 Days from the delivery date: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• After 45 Days: Not eligible for return or refund, but reach out — we may still work with you in special cases.

🔄 Conditions

To qualify under the Iron Sharpens Iron Guarantee:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (unless defective).
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

🚚 Exchanges & Refunds

• Exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping if the item was defective or a mistake on our part. For size/style changes, the customer covers return shipping, and we ship the replacement at no cost.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Store Credit: Instant once your return is approved — can be used toward any future order.

⚠️ Exceptions

• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
